The Guild's Missing Seal

The case

A merchant guild's seal has been used to authorise a shipment that never existed. Work the walled town and the guild halls to find who still holds it.

How the experience works

  1. 01

    Meet your Game Master

You are met in person at a confirmed meeting point in Tallinn, briefed on the case and handed your first materials.

  2. 02

    Work the streets

Follow the trail through real locations, question what you find and talk to the people you meet along the way.

  3. 03

    Trade what you know

The group splits, compares findings and decides which lead is worth the remaining time.

  4. 04

    Reach the truth

The case closes with a live finale, and the group decides who can be trusted.

The city did half the work, the host did the rest
We've lived here for years and it still took us down two streets I'd never walked. The case file is a proper physical thing — folded paper, photographs, a train ticket — and you get weirdly protective of it. Small thing: bring shoes you can walk in. Nobody tells you that.

Great, with one honest caveat
Genuinely one of the better things we've done on a city break. The only wobble was a twenty-minute stretch in the middle where we were stuck and a bit cold, and I wished the host had stepped in sooner. He did, eventually, and the finish made up for it. Would book again in another city.

My teenagers put their phones away
That is the whole review, really. Fourteen and seventeen, both of them sceptical in the first five minutes, both of them running ahead by the end. The host read them perfectly and gave them the jobs that mattered.
