What guests say

Excellent facilitation and the route was well judged for a mixed-ability group. I'd ask for a slightly longer briefing next time — we started a touch cold. Worth saying they let us fold in two of our own company in-jokes as clues, which people loved.
Invoice, insurance, risk assessment, accessible route options — all supplied without me chasing. As someone who organises these things for a living, that mattered as much as the experience itself. The experience, for the record, got the best feedback scores of anything we ran last year.
We had a team split across three countries. They ran it in English with two hosts able to switch, and the printed material came in both languages. Small detail, big difference to the people who'd have otherwise stayed quiet.
