The Survivors' List
The case
A list of who was saved — and who was left — after the great earthquake has resurfaced in Alfama, and a family wants it gone. Climb the lanes and decide whether an old debt should finally be named.
How the experience works
- 01
Meet your Game Master
You are met in person at a confirmed meeting point in Lisbon, briefed on the case and handed your first materials.
- 02
Work the streets
Follow the trail through real locations, question what you find and talk to the people you meet along the way.
- 03
Trade what you know
The group splits, compares findings and decides which lead is worth the remaining time.
- 04
Reach the truth
The case closes with a live finale, and the group decides who can be trusted.

Genuinely one of the better things we've done on a city break. The only wobble was a twenty-minute stretch in the middle where we were stuck and a bit cold, and I wished the host had stepped in sooner. He did, eventually, and the finish made up for it. Would book again in another city.
That is the whole review, really. Fourteen and seventeen, both of them sceptical in the first five minutes, both of them running ahead by the end. The host read them perfectly and gave them the jobs that mattered.
I was worried a bigger group would mean half of us standing around. They split us into two teams with a host each and we crossed paths twice, which turned into a bit of a race. Organising was easy — one email, they came back with everything confirmed in writing.
